If you mean the LCD and digitizer display module from a Galaxy S20 FE (SM-G780F) into a Galaxy S20 FE 5G (SM-G781B) phone then they are compatible as they're the same display module.
The Samsung display module part number i.e. LCD + digitizer, for both phones is GH96-13911D GH96-14022B GH96-14022D GH96-13911B (examples only).
The display dimensions and specifications for an S20 FE are the same as the S20 FE 5G
