Why is my box not charging and won't turn ON?. I badly need help!.

@alicemcsugar all of this sounds like you are having issue with the power supply. Make sure that you have a good power cord and that the connector does not have any bend pins etc. After that, time to tear it open and to have a look at what is going on.

Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like this video right up to 8:30. Once you have it apart, take some good pictures of everything you see and post those with your Question. That way we can see what you see and hopefully we all can help you to fix your device.
