lost power on ge microwave spacesaver

I checked fuse behind touch pad and power (120 volt) is there, the fuse was blown a couple times over 20 years, this time fuse is good, what else can I check, I'm pretty good with a digital meter, any Ideas? Thanks in advance, Cliff
