You will have to replace the display assembly.
Here's a video that may help.
Depending on the colour of your phone and whether you just wish to replace the display module (LCD + Digitizer) or the complete display unit search online for one of the following part numbers, to find suppliers that suit you best.
If you find doing this is too daunting, contact a reliable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote to replace the screen.
