Phone sound disappeared how to fix the problem

My phone sound disappeared. The phone thinks that headphones are connected. But with headphones there is sound. Brand Samsung Galaxy A11

Are the headphones connected via bluetooth or a wire?

@teardowns101 I usually use wireless headphones, and when I used wired ones, the sound disappeared, then I rebooted the phone and the sound returned, and after a while the sound disappeared again. I did a data reset, but the sound still did not return.
