How do I replace the temperature sensor in the fresh food section?

My compressor won’t stay on, and the temperature readout is wrong for both my fridge and freezer compartments. I’ve already replaced the temperature sensor in the freezer by the condenser. There is a temperature sensor in the ceiling of the fresh food section. How do I access it and replace it?

Please confirm the full model number of the refrigerator?

Asking because there are 11 models beginning with GNE25JSK.... and they may not all be exactly the same or use the exact same parts
