Motospeed ck62 lighting up, but unresponsive

My motospeed ck62 keyboard is lighting up when i plug it in, and my pc recognizes that a keyboard is plugged in, but none of my keys are responding. I restarted my pc, updated drivers, tried different ports but nothing.
