Why doesn't my iPod charger USB work?
It used to work, but then there's been a lot of time i didn't go on the computer. I used to charge it on my iHome.

Steffy, try an AC adapter and see if it charges. It is possible that you battery is to run down to be charged through a USB port. If it charges on an AC adapter, you may need a new battery. Also, try a different USB port and a different USB cable. Check the dock connector for any corrosion, dirt and debris like pocket lint etc, check for broken and bend pins. Hope this helps, good luck.

Steffy, need some more information. What iPod version is it? Does it still get recognized by iTunes?
