My PlayStation is working But I can’t play any games.

Both the console and the controller are working, but when I launch a game, I can’t play it. The console allows me to turn it on, but it doesn’t let me connect the joystick either in Safe Mode (to rebuild the database) or in the main menu of a game.

Hi!

Okay, so first, what kind of error do you get when you try to launch a game? Maybe a silly question, but you connected the USB cable in safe mode, right? You could try to replace the HDD and see what happens.
