No. About your only option is to use iCloud. http://www.apple.com/icloud/

If you are super nerd techie like me :p I'd look up NAND drives and learn how to solder really really good. Really good. Then u might have a chance at doing what I did and successfully replacing the SSD the oldchool way. It is not easy and it requires special tools which are available online. I am going to do it on my new iPad 3 and I'll video it and post the repair steps and said video how-to. Gimme 8 weeks to get home from Afghanistan lol. Later!
