Why cant my fixhub charge or connect to the web console?

My fixhub will not charge when plugged into the wall, doesn't charge by computer USB, and won't respond on the console website. I took it apart and when plugged in the mainboard's D4 LED blinks red, but otherwise the unit is unresponsive. Please advise!
