My iPod Nano Volume Button Is Broken

My iPod Nano Volume Button Seems To Be Broken Or Maybe It Just Plain Broken Because When I Try To Make The Music Loud The Volume Lowers By Itself So I Want To Know What To Do To Fix

I'm Not Using A Cover And Yes The Volume Goes Down By Itself

Are you using a cover on it? Because I acquired a pack with three silicone covers by Belkin: the black one gives me the same exact issue, the blue and the grey one work fine.

So, please add if you're using any cover, or it gives this issue by itself.

So what you're saying is the volume can be turned up initially but then it goes down by itself?

It almost seems like the volume button has shifted on the inside and it pinned down, have you taken it apart yet to take a look?
