Replaced display and USB port, now no sound, no microphone, no camera

Hello, I replaced the USB port due to water ingress and in the act I broke the display. I replaced it too, now the device takes a long time to boot (I did not time it but it's more than ten minutes) and no app can use the camera, the microphone or the speaker. No app can play audio - playback stays stuck at 00:00 - and most apps will not play video due to that. Nothing over bluetooth either. Calls will connect but there is no audio for either party. Vibration does not work. Fingerprint reader works. Wifi and data work.

1. What can be the cause of that? Is there a single point of failure that could cause it?
2. About the pogo pins on the board that connect to the back shell, are they only grounding points (except for the obvious parts like the NFC antenna)?
3. What is the bottom antenna wire for? Mine is pinched and I am wondering if it could be at cause.
