I wish you are very well.

I wish to speed up my MacBook Pro 17" 2.2 Ghz intel Core Processor. At present I have 4GB Ram. How can I speed up and how?

*Apple officially supports a maximum of 8 GB of RAM, but as first confirmed by OWC, this model actually is capable of using up to 16 GB of RAM with two 8 GB memory modules. Supports 1333 MHz PC3-10600 DDR3 SDRAM. Your machine should have two 2 GB sticks. You will have to remove one or both to upgrade. They do not have to be in pairs.
