The touch screen is integrated with the LCD panel. If the touch screen is cracked then the entire display panel needs to be replaced
Here's the maintenance and service guide taken from this support webpage for the laptop.
Go to p.53 to view the procedure to remove/replace the display assembly.
Search online for 925388-001 (see p.55 to view the display's spare part number) to find suppliers of the display assembly, that suit you best.
