My screen is cracked and I want to replace the screen/screen has power

I have 2 issues really, I have a screen that is cracked, but not sure where to find replacement, then I also have a screen that has power, seems to connect fine but the display just does not display anything. Even just turning on the screen with no input doesn't even display the Aorus logo. Would be good to get some guides are fixing these
