x96q h313 allwinner

Hi, i have an android box allwiner h313, i instal some firmware ( from boxput ) exactly like on a video ... everything works ( but not the apps ) so i try different one and after firmware was done, the box was stuck in red light and not turning on plus the pc will not see the box anymore, so i cant try with another firmware, please any ideea to fix it? ( for some other boxes i see how make a short on nan memory and the computer see it, but i cant find the pin for this box :(
