USB-B port broken. Bluetooth doesn’t work, how can I go about fixing?

when i ordered the machine ( Champagne Cricut Maker ) from the original cricut website , i tried changing the name of the machine in my bluetooth settings & ever since the bluetooth hasn’t worked forcing my only connection option via usb. I left my machine at my moms house ( many kids there ) when going out of town, i come back to the usb port being broken. What can i do now besides buying another machine?

Hi there I have the same issue,, I tried calling Cricut and they said they don't supply these parts and I would have to buy a new machine!! I said that is like crushing your car because you have a flat tire!!! WTH is this world coming to??? have you had any luck??
