Stripped screw won't come out, preventing me to change the battery

One of the five phillips M 2.0 x 3.0 screw holding in place the battery, the one in the high right corner, won't come out, it looks stripped and it is stuck in a placement preventing me to touch the edge. I've tried to use glue and a rubber band, I've also bought the "precision screw extraction set" from the Ifixit store (brand "Moody") but the screw hasn't moved an inch. Does anyone have an advice?
