How to change only the under part of a side mirror?

So there is 3 parts in a side mirror. Above the indicator, the indicator and under the indicator. Is it possible to change only the under part without changing everything? I have a Tiguan 2. It has 360 camera, folding mirrors and a blind fold assistents. They all work fine and have nothing. Only the under part has a dent.
