Water not dispensing from base. Typical troubleshooting not working
I have the Dreame Robot L10s Ultra robot. It is great except recently water stopped dispensing from the base. I tried all of the troubleshooting steps I could find online with no luck. I took it apart and was able to get it to dispense once but then it wouldn’t dispense anymore after that. I’m suspecting the water pump is losing prime somehow. Is there anywhere (besides the manufacturer) that I can send a MOP robot to for repair?
The manufacturer has a lot of really bad service reviews so I am reluctant to go through them (it is out of warranty now as well)
I am located in United States but would pay for out of country shipping if it wasn’t too expensive and was a very reputable repair service.

Country of residence would help with offering advice on possible service centers. I know of a location in Slovenia, but if you're from US, that is of little help for you.

Sorry, I’m in the United States. Not sure how much over seas shipping is but I wouldn’t be against it if I knew they could truly fix it for less than buying a new one.
