Why is the lens stuck and why is the display not working?

I dropped my camera in the beach with the lens facing the ground. I immediately removed the memory and the batteries. I let it dry for hours. When I try to turn it on the screen was only flashing but there was no display and the 3 lights (Battery light, the front light when you capture a image and the memory light) are turned on but the lens are not moving and the buttons are not functional too except the power button. Can I still fix this and is the memory still okay?!

*Edit: The lens are stuck open too

Anthony Malana, if your camera was submerged in water, I strongly recommend that you follow this guide to clean it. As for your stuck lens, which is possibly the part that causes all your error, check on here. Follow the multiple answer that are given, I have had plenty of luck with that. Hope this helps, good luck.
