Metal Plate with strange screws when I open my iPhone.

Hello, I am following the steps in your guide, but when I open the front display I am greeted by a metal plate with crazy screws. Your guide makes no mention of this. Here is a comparison of what I should see, and what I actually see.

I'm assuming this is a new level of security that Apple has added? Could you please tell me what screwdriver I need for these screws?

Thanks...

That screw head is in the midframe of iPhone 4S and is never removed in the normal repair of iPhone.

All the screw heads of iPhone 3G and 3GS are the same, Phillips #00.

Your question is very confusing.
