Display corrupt after replacing top sensor cable and headphone jack.

My top mic/sensor stopped working so I ordered a replacement, fitted that then broke the headphone cable. I ordered that and replaced too but upon reassembly my display is corrupt, like mostly inverted smeared colours. I can make things out and everything else works except the display. The disassembly/reassembly process was a bit more involved than I originally anticipated so I'd like to know exactly where to look first if possible. Any ideas?

just tore down the upper portion of the phone and remove the display jack from the logic board and put back in properly to check it working properly now or not .
