Hi @drsonam

Does it still do this if the charger is connected to the laptop?

Can you feel the air coming out of the exhaust vent in the laptop indicating that the fan inside the laptop is working OK?

Is it out of battery? If so then recharge it. If you have recently spilled something or dropped it it may be broken.
