How much ever i try but i cannot slide y iPod .The screen is completely unresponsive , i do not know what to do.
The problem began 1 year after purchasing.
Please help me.

If it has never been opened it's most likely the touch screen on the front has went out.
If you had it serviced recently, and it is not working, the cable could be loose.
