The fan turns on as soon the console is turned on

The console works normally except the fact of the fan is at the maximum velocity all the time, since the console is started. No delay between the console power on and the fan start. There isn't different led colors. The console is little more than 1 year old. This was after a careful transportation, with no shocks. The firmware version is 4.11. What can I do?

Have you taken a look at your logic board? Any burned or missing components? Any charred looking components?

The fan has 3 wires: brown (12V), black (ground) and grey (PWM). When I turn off (cut) the grey one, nothing happens, in other words, the fan still super fast.

It sounds like there's just a ton of dust in it, which would cause it to run hotter, which in turn causes the fan(s) to work harder. Try blowing it out with a can of compressed air/air compressor/whatever you have and report back.

Zero dust. What can I do next?

Hmm... the only other thing I can think of is that somehow your fan profile is messed up somehow. Is it irritating to hear or is it a quieter fan?

It sounds like a airplane turbine. Despite that, the console is working perfectly. is there some temperature sensor or it is inside de Cell chip?

I want to say yes, otherwise the fan wouldn't know when to rev up when it gets too hot.... try making sure it's completely updated is the only other thing that I have.

there are multiple thermistors on the logic board as well as a thermal circuit that drives the fan.....

If you remove the PWM wire the fan will automatically switch to full output.
