Yadira, there is always a chance to revive it. First off, follow this guide to clean your phone. It was written for a 3G but still applies to your phone. You will have to clean it to prevent corrosion afterwards. Once properly cleaned, replace the battery, and re-evaluate for any damage. If you still have a dark screen, you will have to replace the display assembly. Here is the guide for that. Further down the line, you may still end up with a dark screen, that could be caused by a shortened out backlight IC. Give it a try and see what you get. Hope this helps, good luck.

You already ruined your chances of fully reviving your phone because you turned it on. You can try to remove the back of the phone and let it dry for a day with a fan pointed on it, but it may not work. If you're lucky, you might be able to replace the display and get it to work.
