For the past 3 months my laptop screen has been blank and whenever it displays… it will only display a message that reads Bios corruption has been detected and bios will begin automatically when you restart your computer but it never restarts or begin the recovery. It just keeps in displaying the message over and over

Try the following and see if either one resolves the problem.
a). Turn off the laptop if it is on and disconnect the charger (if connected). Press and hold the laptop's power On button for 15 seconds and then release it. Reconnect the charger and turn on the laptop and check.
b). Turn off the laptop if it is on and disconnect the charger (if connected). Open the laptop and remove the battery from the laptop, then press and hold the laptop's power On button for 30 seconds and then release it. Reinstall the battery, reassemble the laptop, reconnect the charger and turn on the laptop and check. Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop. Go to p.29 to view the procedure to remove/replace the battery.
If still no good then there's a problem on the motherboard and further testing would be required using the schematics to find out what's wrong.

@abdulkaree29441 since your computer is telling you that you are having BIOS issues, it may just be time to address this. Try to recover the BIOS manually since it does no seem to work automatically. The only really odd thing with your computer is that you have a white screen instead of a black screen. Follow the recovery instruction posted by HP on here
