My laptop is not turning on.

Laptop model : AN515-58 ..My laptop had less charge so I plugged it and left. Then, when I tried to open it didn't, turn on.The blue light glows when the battery is connected. And when I press the power button thee other light glows for about 4 seconds, but the laptop doesn't turn on.The keyboard also does not light up. I searched this in the Internet but could not get an answer for this model. One of the forums said that I should unscrew the main battery and disconnected RT/BIOS battery and RAM. I Need help with this. I will appreciate your help.

Hi,

Please try removing the main battery and disconnecting the power cord.

Then hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Release power button, plug power cord back in and try to start laptop again.

If it starts then try putting main battery back in and starting with battery no power cord.

If that works then all is good, if not you might have motherboard issue.
