Why is my Mac mini not power on

My 2009 mac mini won't power on even when it connects to power.

Update (07/24/24)

I just got one yesterday and the fans don’t power on

Do you hear the fan running? It’s likely the power brick has failed. Do you have access to a second one?

No the fans don’t power on and just got one 3 days go I think it the Motherboard
