I have a Nissan Frontier truck. It always happens when I turn my wheel as far as it can go and then while it is turned and the truck starts to move and I hit a bump or an incline or something and then"CRACK". I looked it up and saw that it might be my tirods or something like that.

It is possible, could be tie rods, stabilizer bar, etc. But my first guess would be your ball joints are giving you some trouble. now there are plenty of instructions out there, but it depends on how handy you are.
Check on here to read about the ball joints. There are also a couple of Videos on youtube.com that can help you with some explanations.
