Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.

Go to p.95 to view the procedure to remove/replace the hinges.

There are two different types of hinges that can be used in the laptop.

Depending on the type that is in your laptop, search online for either 5H50V28087 (example only to show hinges) or 5H50X55066 (example only to show hinges) to find suppliers that suit you best.
