4S no display after screen replacement. Old one works?

I have a very unique situation.

I have replaced my iPhone diplay assembly 3 times.

EVERY time, it won't power on or work.

EVERY time I plug the old display in, and it works fine.

I have bought 3 different displays from 2 different vendors.

Any clues?

I've done several iPhone 4 displays.

Am I missing something?

It's sounding like the issue might be with the quality of the replacement parts you're ordering. Are you buying bargain parts off of Ebay? Sounds like you should try a more reputable source for your display.

The parts are decent. Probably grade A. I use the same suppliers for the iPhone 4 repairs I have done. No issues at all with those.
