My Samsung Z flip 3 is dead. It will not power on and I need the data in it. Is there any way I can get the data from it? Can Samsung retrieve the information?

@yolandas not without getting your phone to turn on. You do want to check and see if you can access it from your computer, but if you had a screen lock etc. then again, you can't. Samsung is not really in the business of data retrieval and may not even fix your phone but get you to purchase a replacement. You can always try an authorized repair service in your area.
The only other thing you can try, is to get your phone fixed to the point that it is at least turning on and being recognized so that the files can be recovered. Did it just die, or did anything happen to your phone prior to no longer working? What have you checked?
