How can I clean inner keyboard under upper cover?

I spilt coffee with LOTS of sugar. It's a premade coffee milk drink.

Currently my computer turns on, but I cannot type my login and password since the keys A to L does not work. Caps lock and semi colon work. I'm assuming this row's keys circuit is damaged somewhere.

*I've opened top case or upper case and cleaned with alcohol and cotton ear swab.

I've also

*I've also taken out each key, cleaned a lot of stickiness and put it back in successfully.

Nothing has worked. I took to local shops here in Japan and they said it will cost me flat rate of about $800 to investigate and fix liquid spills for macs :(

What else could I do?

Is there a photo of a what an inside of a perfectly working inside looks like that I can compare to???

Thanks

Please, provide us with the last four letters and numbers of your serial number. You can access it from System Profiler, once you boot with an external keyboard, or on the box of your laptop.

As for the guide, provide us with the last four numbers and letters of the serial number of your machine. As you can see, iFixit has photos and guides of every Macbook made, and we may need to see your exact model.

You may see the guide in the "Devices" section under the picture of a White Macbook on this guide.

However, after water spillage, it's always safe avoiding to use the laptop if it's not througly clean and dry.

So, let it dry throughly, without the battery, and reevaluate.

After it's dry, there's a guide in this site (if you provide us with the serial number, me or any other user on this board can point you to the exact guide) that tells how to remove the topcase, the plastic part with the keyboard. Removing that, you'll be able to "bare" the logic board, and you can compare it with the picture.

If there's milk dried around, you can use some isopropylic alchol to clean it.

After your use a USB Keyboard: if there's not mayor damage, you could still access your laptop and input your password.

Check it througly: is everything working? Give then an Apple Hardware Test from the original DVD.

Is everything working and you get no errors? Check out what layout has your keyboard: then get one with the same localized layout.
