Won't boot OS 10.4 install except Disk Warrior - display bad?

Display has 23 vertical columns with blue ladders. Won't boot into OS. 10.4 or install disk but will get to first install screen so I can run disk utility to find specs and do clean-up.

I can run Disk Warrior successfully but display has vertical hash marks even on the Apple start-up logo.

Any ideas on fixing? Costs for parts?

Has 10.4.3 installed.

Loosen the screws on the bottom edge of the screen and remove the back. Examine the cans (capacitors for corrosion and/or bulging.
