Transferring data to 2nd internal drive (optical bay SSD)

Hi guys,

I have ordered a 120gb SSD and a hard-drive caddy for the optical bay, and I'm wondering how to transfer the info between the two drives.

I want to put the OS and applications (including iTunes) on the SSD and keep my files (including 130gb of music) on the current HDD. How would I do this without losing all my music metadata including the "data added" data?

Have you given a shot to Carbon Copy Cloner?

I used it to transfer data from internal disk to USB, from disk to Optibay can't be that different.
