Why can't I delete apps on my jailbroken iPhone 4 using 5.1?

I believe this counts as repair, if only virtually. I have a semitethered jailbroken iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1. Just recently, I tried to delete one of my appstore apps; I held on one of them until they all started shaking, then pressed the "X" over the app I wanted to delete. But to my horror, the thing then proceded to do a respring without deleting anything! Any help would be appreciated...

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I had the similar problems too. Someone introduced me an iPhone manage tool called iPhone Manager(need to pay for it). i did somehow buy it. Works pretty fine on managing kinds of iPhone files on computer without iTunes. Like to transfer files from iPhone to computer or from computer to iPhone.
