I clicked something on my wifi and a button said "forget" i didnt know what it did so i tapped it. I guess it forgot my wifi connection completely cause Ive tried everything and it doesn't connect

You could restore your ipod and it'll reset it but you'll be able to get access to that wifi network again. That's what I'd do. Hope that helps.
