Why doesn't my iPad start up?

My iPad had around 40% left the last time it worked. The next time I tried it nothing happened. Wouldn't turn on. I'm sure battery is full. Have left it to power up over 24 hours.

Have tried to hard reset it through pushing the lock button and home button 30 seconds and even 2 minutes to be sure.

Have tried to put it in DFU-mode and Recovery mode, iTunes doesn't recognize it either. Dus someone know what could be wrong with it, or a possible solution..

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hey Phillip,

Assuming you didn't spill any liquid on it, I would recommend taking it into an Apple store and seeing if they will replace it for you. Though we usually prefer repair over replacement, none of the iPads are very much fun to take apart. Before you look into opening it up, try and get it replaced for free. It can't hurt to ask!

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes!
