MacBook Pro won't start

When pressing the power button, I have the white screen with apple logo and turning circle, endlessly.

I tried in verbose mode, it says :

Bug : launchctl.c : 3557 (23930) : 17 : ioctl (s6, SIOCAIFADDR_IN6, &ifra6) != -1

Running fsck on the boot volume...

Executing fsck_hfs (versiondiskdev_cmds-491.6-3).

fsck_hfs : Volume is journaled. No checking performed.

fsck_hfs : Use the -f option to force checking.

launchctl : couldn't stat ("/etc/mach_init.d") : No such file or directory

Waiting for DSMOS...

Then nothing happens...

Could anyone give me an answer?

Try starting up from your original system installation disk or retail 10.6 disk, "C" key. Go to the second screen pull down menu to Utilities > Disk Utility and select your hard drive in the left hand column. See if you can repair it and repair the permissions.
