@jancike if you need to find components on a circuit board, it is pretty vital that you disassemble your board. On ASUS boards the BIOS is commonly near the processor. You still have a completely assembled board so it makes it pretty much impossible for us to verify. your image is also to small and out of Focus when enlarged :-)
It will also help us if you can let us know what make and model motherboard your computer have. Common for this model wil be a Quanta DA0NJJMBAG0 but that schematic does not match your particular board.
@tech_ni is absolutely right. The BIOS is a Winbond W25Q16JWSNIQ and I would look in the directions of the Red arrows -)
