Can I upgrade my 80g 6gen classic to 160g?
I was wondering if I can simply upgrade from my. 6 gen classic 80g HD to a 160g HD?

Yes, as long as it's the 5 mm "thin" drive from the newest revision of the Classic.
To use the 8 mm "thick" drive from the original version, you need to replace a lot of parts, including the battery, rear panel, headphone jack, and rubber bumpers.
