I can't get my shuffle to install on my computer?
I got a 3rd generation shuffle from my friend and am trying to add music, How do I install it on computer?

First, you have to have iTunes installed on your computer. Then just connect the iPod to your Mac or PC with a USB cable and follow the prompts.
