Use the inside of a ballpoint pen - the cylinder with the ink is perfect fit and can be used to pull out the little piece of broken part inside the computer jack.

You may be able to separate the back of the covering on the audio plug enough to use a small pair of hemostats to grasp and remove the tip of the broken pin.

When you take the lower case off. You will find that the ear phone jack is attached to the logic board. You may have to remove the logic board to get enough clearance to access the jack.

Did you try going to Harbor Freight Tools and buying a set of dental picks? Insert some dental picks in the jack and slowly try to pull the stuck jack out. Also try getting some pointed nose tweezers to grab and pull the plug out.

Also try to get one of those super strong magnets from a speaker and move it foward and back to see if it will pull the metal plug out for ya.

Headphone jack when used sometimes fails and the speakers come on. Resolder? Rreplace? how would fine that piece of hardware to replace?

A pen taken apart - use the plastic cylinder (other side of the ballpoint) that holds the ink. Fits the tip of the headphone piece.
