Can I use Black Macbook card with old rev a macbook?

Before I cracked open my old rev a macbook, I wanted to know if the wireless N airport card from my newer BlackBook will work in my older machine. I don't want to use wireless N, just want to make sure they're compatible.

Thanks!

should be fine - will even work in N mode, but not optimally, as there aren't 3 antennas in the older macbook.

If the Macbook is not a Core 2 Duo you wont get 802.11-n even using a new card.

I agree with David, it should work fine.

Are you breaking up the BlackBook for parts then?
