replaced hard drive, no start up disk

I replaced my hard drive, but i do not have my start up disks. How can I re boot?

Basically, you can't. You don't have a system. If you have another Mac, connect them via Target mode via a firewire cable and clone your hard drive onto the new one after you format it using disk utilities. Or, order your original installation disks directly from Apple for $15 + tax & shipping. Just give them your serial number and credit card number.
