What about Bluetooth with the non-antiglare screen?

I have a client with this computer but with the regular "glare screen." Her Bluetooth symbol says it's not available. What would be the hardware issue related to Bluetooth on this mac? I only see repairs for Bluetooth for the anti-glare screen for this model of macbook pro.

Options

Check that it is added (enabled) in the System Preferences->Network app ... then the connections to the board which run into (through) the hinge. The board is hidden under the hinge cover
