I have upgraded from snow lepord to lion so I upgraded from paralells 5 to 7 but now windows xp internet explorier will not connect. Says it need to reconfig winsock, which it does. But the problems does not change. should I re-install windows?
I need to use Interent explorier because company server used sharepoint for access. Cannot use Safarie

You need to reinstall/update your Parallels tools and check your network setting in Parallels
